Lis Neris Gris Pinot Grigio 2009
Bright straw-yellow. Floral, scented nose of yellow apple, pear, honey and wet stone, with an overlay of vanilla. Supple and spicy, this midweight pinot grigio offers a suave texture and captivating flavors of pear, apricot, licorice and sexy oak. Finishes seamless and juicy, with very good length. Each year, Gris can be ranked in the top five or six pinot grigios of Italy.
Lis Neris Sauvignon Picol 2009
Medium-deep straw-yellow. Aromas of tangerine, melon, dried flowers and spices are a bit stunted by oakiness. Bright and sweet on entry, then nicely stuffed with energetic citrus fruit and ripe green fig flavors. The broad finish features a savory quality.
Lis Neris Tal Luc 2007
Amber-tinged golden-yellow. Very intense aromas and flavors of cane sugar, ripe peach, white chocolate, raisin and mango. Intensely sweet creamy and thick, but with very good acidity providing necessary lift and giving precision to the rich flavors. The finish is very long and mouthcoating.
