May, a month of crucial moments

In the cellar we taste and evaluate new wines, in the vineyard we set the basis for the next harvest. Nature has awakened and every day corresponds to a visible growth of the leaves of every vine. This is the ideal time for the selection of sprouts, an operation that aims to give a qualitative definition to this year’s production, entirely handmade by trained staff, before the buds reach too developed sizes. This context, that may seem very technical, recalls me of when I used to accompany my children on their first day of school… everything begins again, a feeling that is synthesis of high expectations and confidence.
